Choosing to begin therapy is an excellent first step in navigating life’s struggles and reaching your full potential. Lauren approaches the therapeutic process as a journey she takes together with patients. She has the desire to provide high quality care with skilled and compassionate services to individuals who trust her with their concerns, conflicts and life transitions. Lauren strives to create an inviting and supportive atmosphere that becomes an empowering space that honors the uniqueness of each patient’s pace and process towards personal fulfillment.
Treatment Specialities:
Lauren’s passion is helping adolescents, young adults and families. She has experience working with adolescents who display antisocial behaviors, mood disorders, and behavioral concerns. Lauren has a special interest in assisting adolescents and their families reach their full potential. Steps toward change are courageous and can feel uncomfortable. Lauren understands that these steps can leave individuals feeling vulnerable. She commends patients in taking these first steps with her. Lauren assists patients in improving communication, changing distressing patterns of behavior, healing relationships and re-establishing connection and trust with themselves and their significant others.
