Treatment Philosophies:
I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s early transitions. Whether facing changes related to school, identity development, relationships, or family dynamics, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and strengths-based, meaning I meet each individual where they are while helping them recognize and build upon their unique abilities and resilience. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth, and I prioritize rapport-building, empathy, and authenticity in every session.
I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and build confidence as they move through life’s challenges. My goal is to help each client feel more grounded, capable, and connected to themselves as they grow and evolve. Truly I am just a tool in a patients process to becoming the very best version of themselves.
