Integrative Health Coach and Personality Disorder Specialist

Treatment Philosophies:
Treatment Specialties: My passion is witnessing the resiliency of the human spirit and fostering recovery by creating a supportive environment for you to succeed. I believe that the therapy process is one of collaboration and focus-driven outcomes. My intention is to assist you in moving toward your optimal health by finding the path that your highest consciousness chooses. I received my B.A. in Psychology in 2005 and my Master of Social Work in 2008 from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition, I completed my certification in Integrative Health Coaching  at Duke Integrative Medicine in 2013. I have over twelve years of experience working in mental health specializing in personality, mood, anxiety and attention-deficit disorders. I appreciate each individual as a whole person including desire for change, life experience, personal values, preferences, balance,  and overall state of health. I utilize an eclectic approach including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral and strengths-based strategies to assist you in achieving wellness. I find that integrative health coaching enhances the psychotherapy process.

Perhaps you are struggling to overcome a degenerative disease, recovering from mental illness or simply desire to overcome an obstacle that stands in your way of progress. My top priority is to connect you with the resources you need and support you in creating desired change.
